The Fortune Teller

Found in Egypt's White Desert, Prophecy Stones are rare limonite pseudomorphs after marcasite. These rugged, dark brown minerals are prized for their high-vibration energy. Metaphysically, they are used to ground spiritual light, enhance deep meditation, and stimulate the third eye to facilitate prophetic visions or access higher realms of consciousness.
A pseudomorph occurs when one mineral replaces another while preserving the original’s crystal shape. Common types include substitution, in which molecules are replaced (e.g., petrified wood), and alteration, in which chemical composition changes (e.g., malachite after azurite). Paramorphs shift internal structures (e.g., calcite after aragonite), while epimorphs form hollow crusts (e.g., quartz over fluorite). These "geological ghosts" create unique specimens like Egypt’s prophecy stones, bridging different mineral identities.
Prophecy stones are commonly found in both starburst (spikey) and cylindrical (rod-like) shapes, which reflect the original crystal structure of the marcasite or pyrite they replaced. Starbursts feature radiating points, while cylinders are elongated with a bumpy, organic texture. 
These variations often appear together in mixed lots from Egypt's White Desert. High-quality "A Grade" specimens are typically more spiky, whereas standard pieces may be more rounded or rod-shaped.  ​Starting at just $14.00

We are going back to our roots... and opening our shelves to VENDORS!! 🔮
About 12 years ago, I opened a maker’s market on Jarvis Street in Bridgeburg called Aroma Bubbles and Friends, which later became Aroma Bubbles Lifestyle Boutique and then, 4 years ago, moved to Garrison Road here in Fort Erie and was renamed Fort Erie Crystal Shop. 
Aroma Bubbles and Friends housed over 70 vendors at a time, and I really enjoyed being so helpful to so many startups. 
While I do not have room for 70, I have made space to host 5 local Canadian vendors (I might be able to make space for 10) looking to introduce their businesses to the rapidly growing community of Fort Erie.
To give incredibly talented local creators, makers, and entrepreneurs a real brick-and-mortar platform to showcase and sell their merchandise is something I am passionate about! 🛍️✨
Starting today, I am officially leasing retail shelf space to local businesses who want a premium storefront location without the high costs of running their own shop.
What you get when we grow together:
